For GPS device issues:


  • Device ID (IMEI or vehicle/asset label)
  • Time when the issue occurred
  • When the device last reported correctly
  • What data is missing (location, CAN, etc.)
  • LED status (blinking, solid, off)
  • For self‑installed devices: did you try a hard reset?


For platform/software issues:


  • Your system username
  • Section where the issue occurs
  • Device used (PC, Android, iPhone)
  • Browser used (Chrome, Edge, Firefox)
