- When the device last reported correctly
- What data is missing (location, CAN, etc.)
- LED status (blinking, solid, off)
- For self‑installed devices: did you try a hard reset?
For platform/software issues:
- Your system username
- Section where the issue occurs
- Device used (PC, Android, iPhone)
- Browser used (Chrome, Edge, Firefox)
